Pitch 

To protect itself from the onslaught of invaders, Gaia has created a protection system. Play as a planet, avoiding obstacles and protecting yourself from enemy projectiles to destroy the mother ship along a path strewn with pitfalls. Increase your speed to create as much damage as possible.

This game was created for the IIM 2023-2024 Godfather Jam. Our game theme was celestial in the Avatar universe, on an arcade terminal with 1 trackball in the middle and 2 buttons on each side.

Gameplay

Keys on the terminal:

The trackball is used to move the planet by rotating it up and down and sideways to orientate it. The buttons on the sides each represent a shield to be held to protect against enemy projectiles.

Keys on the computer: 

The mouse or touchpad replaces the trackball for movement. To activate shields, hold down the left or right mouse button, depending on the shield you wish to activate.
